NEW CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION

This package helps guide the client(s) through the process of selecting, planning, and designing all of the finishes, colors, carpentry, fixtures, and technical elements that make up a new construction or renovation project. Since every build is different, we’ve created a design checklist that outlines 3 phases of the process and lets client(s) choose (and invest in) only the help they need.

This package is priced separately from our Full-Service Design Package, which covers furniture, soft goods, and decorative items. Because kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and closets require many technical elements, the design of these spaces fall within the New Construction & Renovation package.  

After an Initial Design Consultation, we create a custom package and pricing structure based on the scope of the project and how many elements the client(s) will need help selecting and designing. We are also available for meetings with architects, contractors, sub-contractors to help facilitate and communicate design plans and selections and ensure that our specifications are being properly executed.
