FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

This package includes our full-service design for each selected room, including on-site consultation and measurements; customized floorplans, design boards, and specifications, with 2 additional design board revisions; paint, wallpaper, drapery selection, & millwork drawings; coordination with any contractors or tradespeople; dedicated project support; ordering, receiving, and storage of furniture and soft goods (warehouse storage & delivery fees apply), plus full-day on-site installation and styling of final space with additional accessories available for purchase.

PHASE 1: PROGRAMMING AND SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE 

  1. Initial consultation with client(s) to determine design preferences and requirements, objectives, budget, timeline, etc.

  2. On-site measurement of room(s)

  3. Preliminary mood boards and space planning, to be reviewed with the client(s) before design selections are made 

PHASE 2: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE 

  1. Budgeting, shopping, design, and specifications for all custom furniture, art, lighting, accessories, color, materials, treatments for walls, windows, and floors. Includes client visits to showrooms if needed to see furniture in person.

  2. Customized layouts showing location of movable furniture and furnishings. Schematic dimensioned plans for recommended cabinetwork, interior built-ins and other interior decorative details.

  3. Presentation with design boards, floorplans, and product specifications for the client’s approval.

  4. This phase includes 2 additional revisions of design board selections.

PHASE 3: PURCHASING 

Ordering of all items of movable furniture, furnishings, light fixtures, hardware, fixtures, accessories, and art, to be stored at our warehouse until the day of installation.

PHASE 4: ADMINISTRATION PHASE 

  1. Coordination with any contractors to communicate the details of the job as per the schematics and plans presented by us. We will be available to the client(s) or General Contractor for questions concerning the installation of the job as per our conceptual drawings.

  2. One site visit to observe the work of the contractors to determine whether the work is proceeding in general conformity with our concepts.

  3. Coordination of schedule for delivery and installation of all items purchased.  

PHASE 5: INSTALLATION & STYLING

  1. Full-day install and accessorizing of space.

  2. Walk-through with client to present final space. All additional accessories used for styling are available for purchase by the client(s).
